Teach your kids how to floss: flossing is a very important part of oral health. This is because there is no other effective way of removing food particles that have stuck in-between teeth. Brushing alone isn’t effective. You must therefore make a point of teaching your kids how to floss if you want them to maintain good oral hygiene. It is important to note that flossing can be dangerous for kids. You must therefore take time to teach them how to floss without hurting their gums. Flossing can’t be ignored even when dealing with kid’s oral health. The best thing to do is to teach your kids how to floss properly once they become responsible for cleaning their own teeth i.e. 9 yrs.
Let’s not forget about tax breaks that are available for Health insurance. Those that are self-employed can usually deduct 100% of the insurance premium from your pretax income. Employees, on the other hand, should check with their employer to see if they offer a Flexible Spending Account (F.S.A.), or abdo methode Savings Account (H.S.A.). Both accounts allow you to set aside pretax income for certain qualifying medical expenses. This has the effect of lowering your taxable income. You will then reap the tax break of paying less taxes. There is no limit on how much you can set aside but you need to spend this account within the calendar year or you will forfeit the unspent funds.

It doesn’t cost anything to go for a walk. It is free to walk down the sidewalk. You can even run if you want to. You can do push-ups, sit-ups and any number of exercises in your home or in your office as many of my clients have discovered.
I started doing power sprints a few years ago with great results. Basically. . . I was taking a walk one morning and decided I would do some additional sprints after the walk. Well, as I continued with the walk I decided to sprint a few hundred feet and then walk. . . sprint a few hundred feet and then walk. I kept the same routine of sprinting and then walking for about thirty minutes. I must say as I finished the walking and sprinting my legs were on fire and my lungs were burning as well. Do some honest work with this routine and you will definitely see some magical results.
Miss Mamie, as my grandmother friends called her, was deaf in both ears from a medical accident when she was younger and nearly blind. Every Sunday, She would drag me to the little white church down the road for Sunday school and the eleven o’clock sermon.
A bag of chips: $3.00 for a large bag of your average chip. This bag is going to provide you with enough calories to feed an elephant, but will barely provide you with any actual nutrition.
How much difference can there be? Well, one employer with more than 52 employees who was facing a 24+ percent increase tried this method. His cost via self funding? Potentially as much as a 4 percent decrease depending on plan design. That’s a serious difference.
