Let’s start with the bold statement that the purpose of life is to enjoy a journey of growth and self discovery. By better understanding ourselves, we better understand others and begin to create communities that are happier and more tolerant.
Eating healthier and making time for exercise greatly contributes to a better work and cycle with me balance. Embarking on a healthier life for you should be as important and doing something for your spouse and children. This isn’t a selfish act. On the contrary, it is a soulful and considerate act, not for you, but for all those that care about you.
It’s fun and enjoyable if you can perform 1 to 2 hours cycling. Your body will feel the effectiveness of the workout lifestyle depending on the time you spend doing the activity. To focus building up your thigh and leg muscles find an uphill path, if you want to focus building up your wrist and arm strength go for curve routes and if you want to strengthen your hearth more, find a long route and do your best in speeding.
Insanity is a great workout, but if you are looking to bulk up and gain muscle mass, this might not be the workout for you. You will be better off going with P90x or the new upcoming Body Beast workout. Which workout you choose to do really just depends on what your goals are.
Start your day out with a cardio workout. Get your heart pumping the blood through your body and you will feel great for the rest of the day. When you increase your heart rate, you help your body release the built-up toxins and produce serotonin which can give you a boost of energy and happy feelings. A brisk walk or jog is a great cardio workout. If you do not have good joints, consider a swim or a ride on a bike as your form of cardio workout.
People are not in your life by accident. Never take people for granted. There will always be a variety of people in your life, both good, bad, but mostly in between. Take time to get to know people, to appreciate them and learn from them. Developing relationships with people is one of the greatest rewards in life. People will help you to reach your potential. Never overlook the difficult people either. They also have a role to play in your life. Difficult people are often the ones who teach you patience, endurance and a sense of humor. Notice the people who cross your path each day, enjoy them, share a word and a smile, you will enrich your life and theirs.
